Do you have questions before booking a lane? There's a good chance someone has already asked it and we've included it below, but if you have any additional questions feel free to send us a message!
How many people can throw with me?
You can bring as many of your friends, family, co-workers, acquaintances, frenemies that you want! If you have a smaller group, you can reserve as many spots as you want. You don’t have to bring that many, but why wouldn’t you? For larger groups, please email info@kissmyaxe-watertown.com
What does an axe thrower wear?
Flannel, flannel, and of course flannel! Kidding! You can wear anything, just make sure you have full range of motion. The ONLY rule we have is that there will be NO OPEN TOED SHOES! You will not be allowed to throw if you show up in them!
Where can I sign the waiver?
A link for the waiver is provided for you to sign after making your online reservation. If you walk in there is a QR Code at the desk to scan that will take you to the waver on our website.
What are the age limits for throwing axes?
Anyone from 12 - 108 can throw an axe! We do have some rules though. Our Axeperts will be the final say in who can properly throw and participate after assessing each individuals coordination & strength. Any children between the ages of 12 -14 need one adult for every child throwing. Minors ages 12 -17 need one adult present. Everybody throwing needs to sign an online waiver prior to starting. Anyone under the age of 18 will need their legal guardian to sign the waiver. No waiver, no throwing! A waiver link will be provided for you after making your reservation.
Do you have walk in times available?
We do have walk in times available on a first come, first serve basis. Please note, the best way to ensure that you get to throw on that day/time is to book it online prior! If you show up that day without a booking, you might have to wait if all lanes are full! No one wants that to happen, so be a smart axe and book prior! We fill up fast!
I don’t know the first thing about axe throwing, who is going to help with that?
Not a problem! We have fully trained Axeperts for each group. They will not only teach you the proper form and techniques, but will also make it incredibly fun! They coach you throughout, have fun games for you to compete in & will occasionally call you out in front of your group! All in good fun though!
What is the cost & do I have to pay prior?
The cost is $19.99+ for 30 minutes, $29.99+ for an amazing 60 minute, and $39.99 for an unbeatable 90 minute throwing experience! You may pay when you make the booking online or walk-ins can pay when you arrive. You may also come have a cold drink and hang out, play some of our others games, or just watch others throw!
